MARY

Mary is a Hong Kong stand-up comedian, MC and comedy educator. She has MC'd large-scale events, performed stand-up for companies and schools, and coached teachers on professional development days. She has performed at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival in Australia and in Malaysia. Since 2018 she has run stand-up comedy courses for kids, building humour, public speaking and confidence. She founded Wan Chai Base (灣仔基地) — Hong Kong's only dedicated Cantonese stand-up venue — combining live comedy with training for kids and adults. She has been featured by HK01, Ming Pao Weekly, City Magazine, Cosmopolitan, Eastweek, ET Net and Commercial Radio.
